I think i will have to cut every wire because honestly i don't know what wire takes the VCC or the GND, and the modchip doesn't have any information written about the wires position. Also the soldering on the motherboard isn't the best, seems like whoever installed the modchip kind of rushed it and leaved some burned wires and cold joints. I never heard about this modchip, probably is a fake/replica one. Apparently the PCB wasn't without markings, it has "TITAN SX" written on it. So, i disassembled the console again to get a better look at the modchip and the overall condition of the board.

PS: I found a modchip inside the fat PS2, that might be the cause of the problem? I could try to cut the power wire of the modchip to disable it (i don't need the modchip anyways because the optical unit is almost dead and i'm going to use an HDD to boot games) 1.8 only boots up when i press the eject button instead of the power button?
